PArticipation release of liability & assumption of Risk Agreement

This Agreement is between the Participant and Marino Wellness, LLC, a California limited liability company, including its officers, employees, agents, independent contractors, other participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners or lessors of any premises or platforms used (collectively, the “Releasees”). This Agreement applies to all Marino Wellness programs, workshops, sessions, services, or streaming wellbeing content—whether conducted onsite, virtually, or via digital platforms—and across all dimensions of wellbeing, including physical, mental, emotional, social, financial, occupational, environmental, and spiritual wellbeing.

I understand that participation in wellness programs, services, or streaming content—including, but not limited to, structured fitness or movement sessions, mindfulness and meditation sessions, coaching, professional workshops, nutrition guidance, culinary demonstrations, massage and bodywork services, educational presentations or medical expert talks, mental health services, and financial literacy programs—may involve inherent risks. Such risks may include physical or emotional discomfort or injury, food-related risks during culinary demonstrations, and risks associated with hands-on services such as massage. Risks may also arise from my own actions, the actions of others, equipment or technology use, environmental conditions, or participation in virtual or streaming sessions. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept all such risks, including those that may result from the negligence of the Releasees.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in any Marino Wellness program, workshop, session, service, or streaming wellbeing content, or my presence on any premises or use of any platform where such services are provided. This includes claims related to illness, injury, emotional distress, property damage, or economic loss, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. I understand that Marino Wellness does not design or manufacture equipment used during services, and is not responsible for equipment defects, ingredients provided during culinary demonstrations, or technology interruptions.

I agree to participate within my personal limits, comply with all instructions and safety guidance provided for any program, workshop, session, service, or streaming content, and discontinue participation if I experience discomfort or concerns regarding my safety. I acknowledge that I have read this Agreement, understand its terms, have had the opportunity to ask questions, and sign it voluntarily and without inducement, recognizing that I am waiving certain legal rights.
